Rental Qualifications
- Renter must be 20+ with valid ID and driver's license.
- Valid license, ID, and credit card required. Company reserves right to refuse service.
- License held for less than 1 year may be refused.
Booking & Payment
- 1-hour late without notice = cancellation. Date changes subject to new terms.
- Force majeure: equivalent replacement or deposit refund.
- Contact us for changes. Hours: 8AM-8PM.
- 24 hours = 1 day. 6+ overtime hours = 1 day.
- Credit card and bank transfer accepted.
Vehicle Rights
- Non-human mechanical failure covered by warranty.
- Free 24h towing (20km), water, battery, tire service, fuel purchase. Mountain roads extra.
Insurance Coverage
- Passenger: up to TWD 3M per person (per registration).
- Compulsory: TWD 2M per third party (incl. medical).
- Third-party liability: TWD 2M/person, 4M/accident, 500K property.
- Natural disasters and in-car equipment loss not covered. Stolen equipment per quote.
- Collision: preserve scene, file police report, contact us. Unknown damage charged per estimate.
- Lost/stolen: 20% vehicle value + 30 days rental loss max (with police report).
- Repairable damage: TWD 50K max with police certificate.
- Coverage per Ministry of Finance regulation 0910750797.
Return Policy
- Return on time. Early return = negotiable refund/credit.
- Business hours: 8AM-8PM.
- Off-site return requires approval and fee.
- 24hrs = 1 day, 6hrs = half day.
- Overtime: TWD 1,000/hour.
- Remove belongings. Not responsible for loss.
Responsibilities
- No illegal acts (DUI, overload) or lose insurance.
- Repairs only at authorized centers.
- Read rental agreement carefully.
- Fuel not included.
- Renter pays parking fees, fines, violations.
- Report defects immediately. After 40km/1hr, daily rate applies.
※ Rental contract prevails for unspecified matters.
Service Promise
All vehicles are legal rentals with full compulsory and passenger insurance per regulations.
