Q1: What services do you provide?

We specialize in Alphard self-drive and chauffeur services. From tours and business transfers to airport pickups, we also offer wedding cars, corporate events, and cross-city charters. Recently expanded with Mercedes Vito 9-seaters for larger groups.

Q2: How much is Alphard rental per day?

From NT$6,000/day. North Taiwan (Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan): NT$6,000; Central (Taichung): NT$7,500; South (Tainan, Kaohsiung, Pingtung): NT$7,500. 24-hour periods. See pricing page for mileage details.

Q3: Alphard charter pricing?

From NT$8,000/day (8 hours), all-inclusive: fuel, insurance, tolls, parking, driver meals. 4-hour service from NT$4,800. See charter pricing.

Q4: Service coverage for Alphard rental/charter

Island-wide service: Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung, Pingtung. Both self-drive and chauffeur available.

Self-Drive Rental Notes

Q1: Fuel Policy

Full-to-full policy. Return with full tank. Otherwise charged based on fuel gauge and current gas prices (Taiwan CPC posted rates).

Q2: Overtime Charges

NT$700-1,000/hour. Over 6 hours = full day rate. Varies by region, see pricing page.

Q3: Excess Mileage Charges

NT$30-40/km over contract limit. Over 6 hours = full day rate. Varies by region, see pricing page.

Q4: E-tag Fees

E-tag device included. Toll fees calculated and charged at return.

Q5: Cancellation Policy

  1. 72+ hours before: free cancellation
  2. 48-72 hours: 50% deposit forfeit
  3. Under 24 hours: no refund

Q6: No Smoking & No Pets - Penalties

Cleaning fee from NT$3,000 for odors or difficult stains.

Q7: Prohibited During Rental

Prohibitions

  1. Strict no-smoking policy throughout rental
  2. No overloading passengers or luggage
  3. No contraband, hazardous materials, dirty items, or unauthorized pets (only dogs/cats in carriers, caged birds, small aquatic animals)
  4. Violations may result in immediate contract termination and cleaning/repair charges

Usage Restrictions

  1. Only licensed drivers approved by company
  2. No commercial transport for hire
  3. No use as driving school vehicle or overloading
  4. No towing or pushing
  5. No modifications or racing use
  6. No illegal activities
  7. No driving under influence of drugs/alcohol
  8. No fraudulent rental applications
  9. Violations result in contract termination and full liability

Q8: Renter's Financial Responsibilities

  1. Carry license, insurance certificate, rental contract, and vehicle registration at all times
  2. Pay all traffic fines, parking fees, tolls (reimbursement required if company pays)
  3. Bear all costs if license suspended due to violations
  4. Responsible for damage/loss of provided equipment (umbrellas, child seats, etc.)
  5. Speeding 40+ km/h over limit: license suspension penalty plus 6 months' lost revenue compensation

  • 4-6 days: 60% fee
  • 2-3 days: 70% fee

Yes. Pickup/drop-off at home or designated location.

Q6: Are Vehicles Legal?

All legal rental/multi-service taxis. No illegal unlicensed vehicles.

Q7: Tipping Required?

Optional, not mandatory. Give if satisfied with service.

No refund for early finish. Driver time reserved via booking system.

Q12: Invoicing?

2 or 3-part invoices available. All quotes pre-tax.

Q13: Deposit Required?

Yes, deposit required to complete booking.

Online card or Taiwan bank transfer.

Q15: Booking Process?

Customer service sends booking form. Complete online form and pay deposit.

Q16: How Far in Advance to Book?

Recommend at least 1 month ahead to ensure availability.

Q17: Ride-Sharing Service?

No. Private charter only, no sharing with others.

Q18: When Receive Driver Info?

Driver and vehicle info provided by 9PM the day before departure.

Q1: Vehicle Legality?

All vehicles are insured rental cars (R-prefix plate), never illegal uninsured cars (A/B/C prefix).

Q2: When Order Confirmed?

After mutual confirmation with customer service and deposit payment, order takes effect immediately.

Q3: Payment & Invoice

Bank transfer & credit card with 3D security. No fraud/data leak risk. Legal 2-part or 3-part invoices. Charter quotes pre-tax.

7-seater SUV, max 6 passengers. Best for 5 or fewer (comfort & luggage). Seating: 2-2-3 (back row).

29" suitcases: 2 max. 5-seater config: 5 suitcases max.

Q3: LM300h Interior Choice?

Vehicle assigned based on availability. Interior preference requires extra fee for reservation.
